Toyota deployed 500 Mirai hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to transport athletes, organizers, and the Olympic family at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Air Liquide supplied renewable hydrogen for the fleet and other vehicles and generators at Olympic venues.

Following the 2024 Paris Olympics, the 500 Toyota Mirai vehicles were integrated into Paris's hydrogen taxi fleet, increasing the city's total fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) to 1,500.
