Green hydrogen production

A process to produce green hydrogen directly from seawater using renewable electricity.

Using offshore wind turbines to generate electricity that powers electrolysis for hydrogen production, particularly in deep water where winds are stronger.

Technology developed by Lhyfe to prevent and remove fouling (accumulation of unwanted deposits) on electrolysis equipment, reducing maintenance requirements.

2-megawatt floating wind turbine to be launched at the SEM-REV offshore energy test site in France.

Lhyfe projects in Denmark and Sweden larger than 100-megawatts in capacity.
