Bosch Rexroth’s CryoPump technology is a hydrogen fueling system that uses cryogenic pumping of liquid or very cold hydrogen to enable high-capacity, high-throughput dispensing while minimizing gas boil-off and eliminating certain intermediate storage and manifold components at the station.[3]

The planned SamTrans facility is a large-scale hydrogen refueling station dedicated to public transit buses, designed to support up to 175 fuel cell buses with up to 3.5 tons of hydrogen per day and simultaneous fueling at four dispensers, positioning it as the largest bus-focused hydrogen station in the world according to the project sponsors.

Buses that use hydrogen fuel cells to generate electricity, which then powers the vehicle.
