Ultra-thin, flexible solar cells made from perovskite material that are 20 times thinner than a strand of human hair. The cells achieve 20.1% efficiency, weigh 44 watts per gram, are under 2.5 micrometers thick, and can be produced using cost-effective spin coating methods.
